Billingbear Health is a hybrid clinic and studio in the Dutch Barn on a peaceful Berkshire smallholding, where assessment-led physiotherapy sits alongside small-group Reformer Pilates. Collectiv. designed and built the website in two phases. First came a pre-launch landing page with integrated payments. Then the full site, with booking for both sides of the business and a custom CMS so the team can keep it up to date themselves.
[ challenge ]
Billingbear runs two businesses under one roof, each with its own audience, booking system and pricing. The site had to feel calm, premium and rooted in its countryside setting while sending visitors to the right service quickly. It also had to handle class packs, memberships, intro offers and physio appointments without any confusion.
[ approach ]
We built a “Your Journey” homepage that splits visitors into Pilates or Physio from the first scroll, with a Book Pilates / Book Physio bar that follows them through the site. Pilates timetables, class packs and memberships run through Momence, and physio appointments link to Nookal. Each service has its own colour story so the two sides feel distinct but stay part of one brand. A bespoke staff CMS lets the team update offers, banners and content without needing a developer.
[ outcome ]
Billingbear launched with a website that works as hard as the studio does. It takes pre-launch payments and Founding Member sign-ups, and it gives the clinic and the studio clear, bookable paths. The team now has full control over day-to-day updates, and the build is ready for deeper booking integration as the business grows.
